Scala Developer Contract Job - Scala, Java, JSE, JEE, AngularJS, Vaadin, Git, Jira, Maven - Financial Services
Are you a Senior Java Developer with good knowledge of Scala? Would you like to work for one of Switzerland's Top Tier banks? Are you looking to work with cutting-edge technology in a challenging engineering environment? If yes, then this could be the perfect Scala Developer contract role for you.
You will be joining a team working on business-critical applications related to Reference Data, enabling various logistics and business functions across the bank. You will drive the technical solutions and choices of the system and work closely with the business. Furthermore, you will also coordinate with an offshore team.
Technically, you are expected to have good Scala and excellent Java skills and should also know your way around AngularJS and Vaadin. Other skills that are important for this role are Oracle or a similar enterprise Database. Due to the exposure to offshore teams, experience with offshore coordination is beneficial.
