SC CLEARED SERVICE DESK ANALYST

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SC Cleared Service Desk Analyst on a long term contract to permanent basis. You will be joining a young and vibrant team within a well-established client based in Peterborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for incoming calls from customers, accurately log incidents ensuring all relevant details captured whilst on the call. Provide a single point of contact and ensure that all incidents are managed from start to resolution, striving for a high first time fix rate.

The position will involve:

- Hardware troubleshooting of both desktop and server hardware
- Application support of: Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office 2003/2010/O365, Lotus Notes and common windows applications from vendors such as Adobe, Symantec, McAfee etc.
- Basic support and user set up for: Active Directory and Citrix
- Logging calls via ServiceNow and Remedy

Working Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday in 3 (you will get a day off in lieu)
