SC Cleared Remedy ITIL Service Engineer Required - Contract - London

We are currently seeking an experienced  SC Cleared Remedy Service Engineer to work on a contract basis 3-6 months + in London.

The successful candidate will be required to act as the facilitator role between Architecture team standing up the Remedy tool to the Service Management ITIL Process team gathering requirements and to gather and document requirements for the Remedy tool configuration (out of the box) and provide to Architecture and work with the Service Management workstream to ensure the Policy, Process and Procedure are documented accordingly in order to deliver standard Remedy Toolset in line with ITIL V3.0 

The successful candidate will analyses business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of E-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow. 

Qualification/Experience:

Ideally require a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and capability typically achieved through around 6 years of professional experience. Will also consider individuals with equivalent experience/combined education. Considered career or journey level. 

Essential skills:

Remedy Service Process Engineering skills and experience

ITIL V3.0 Foundation

Candidates must be strong communicators with the ability to take technical information and translate into business and ITIL language to internal teams

Must be a self-starter who can hit the ground running with the ability to ask questions in order to get going in the role
