SC Cleared Project Manager - Sharepoint, 448 Daily - South West

An SC CLEARED PROJECT MANAGER is required for government organisation based in SOMERSET. SOUTH WEST.

DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THIS ROLE CANDIDATES MUST HOLD CURRENT SECURITY CLEARANCE TO A MINIMUM OF SC LEVEL

CANDIDATES WILL HAVE SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING SHAREPOINT ALONG WITH A STRONG MS OFFICE LITERACY, INCLUDING INFOPATH. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE ABILITY TO DETECT OPPORTUNITIES WHERE SHAREPOINT CAN BE LEVERAGED. PROVIDE ADVICE TO THE BUSINESS ABOUT SHAREPOINT CAPABILITY OUT OF THE BOX. YOU WILL ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS AND MANAGING SUPPLIERS CONTRACTS.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING:

Creation and management of the business case, including clear cost/benefit identification and analysis.

Creation and management of robust project plans to deliver to agreed time, quality and cost parameters.

Day to day management of the project's resources to ensure tasks are implemented on time, on budget and to the required scope and quality, including design and requirements.

Management of the production of the project's products Management of the governance and control processes including risk and issue management, progress reporting, change control, etc.

Timely and proactive decision making to ensure the project meets its objectives. Accountable for initiating escalation where necessary

Manage dependencies internally within the project, and liaise with dependent projects.

Manage resource plans and control/forecast financial spend against the budget.

Liaison with multiple stakeholders to fully define requirements

Mentor and assist Site Collection Administrators, Site Owners and End-Users in the analysis of business requirements and use of SharePoint features.
