Projektbeschreibung

2ND LINE DESKTOP SUPPORT, NETWORK ANALYST, HELPDESK, SERVICE DESK ANALYST with SC SECURITY CLEARANCE required for our client based in Taunton, Somerset. This is an 18 month contract offering up to 215/day.

This role sits within a customer facing team that carries out the 2nd line support for Computers, Printers and Telephone Infrastructure as well as video conferencing systems and mobile devices. This role will also cover software installation, delivery of standard change requests and non-standard items (eg: high spec laptops) and will sit in an environment that is currently transitioning from Windows 7 to Windows XP.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE: Practical experience in a 2nd line support environment, supporting Windows XP, and Windows 7 in a live environment, including experience with Active Directory. Experience of SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) Experience in supporting MS Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010, and Internet Explorer in a live environment. Experience in supporting hardware, fault diagnosis, configuration, including Print Devices. Knowledge of networking concepts. Has evidence and can demonstrate good problem solving skills. Excellent customer facing skills. General awareness of the ICT marketplace and emerging technologies. THIS ROLE IS WORKING FOR A GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION AND CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO HOLD CURRENT SC CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
