SC Cleared Desktop Support Analysts - Windows XP/7/Vista, Citrix, Remote Support

One of Talent International's leading clients is urgently looking for several SC Cleared Desktop Support Analysts in Lancashire on long-term contracts (Windows XP/7/Vista, Citrix, Remote Support).

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

* A proven working background in Remote Desktop Support
* A strong working background in 2nd Line Support
* A strong working knowledge of Application Software, Infrastructure Software, Networks etc.
* A strong working knowledge of Windows XP/Vista/7
* A strong working knowledge of Citrix
* Proven experience in the support of Blackberry
* Proven experience in the support of web applications and bespoke applications
* A strong working knowledge of Windows O/S XP
* A strong working knowledge of SCCM, CA RRS, APPV, Lumension, Appsense and Avecto Privilege Guard
* Proven customer facing skills and experience
* Strong communication skills
* A strong working background in Government environments
* Security cleared to SC levels
