SC Cleared Change Finance Lead/PMO - 9 to 12 Months, Hampshire

Projektbeschreibung

We are currently seeking an experienced SC Cleared Change Finance Lead who will be responsible to the Change Delivery Lead and ensuring that all finance activity relating to Change is managed and presented to the relevant Corporate boards in a timely manner. Specifically, the Finance lead is ultimately responsible for the provision of Financial Outlooks, M Reviews, Risk and Ops, Flash reports & associated MI. The Role is the primary interface between the Business ABM functions, Defence Finance,
- Setting and agreeing Standards and Submissions/representations of financial nature
- Managing risks, issues and escalations,
- Identifying critical issues which impact billing/revenue;
- Change M Reviews
- Tracking and recording deviation from agreed Budgets
- Crystallising Risks and Ops into and collating Financial OL's on behalf of Change
- Support Project and Programme Cost tracking
- Manage Adjustments to Plan of Records with Programme M's
- Define and Support the generation of WBS structures to manage business
- Risks and Oportunities/Financial exposure
- Payment Milestone Tracking

GENERAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Fluent written and verbal English skills, along with excellent communication/reporting skills

SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

- Project AND Programme Finances - Minimum 3 years' experience in manage project and programme finances.

SPECIFIC QUALITIES FOR POST

- Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, presentation skills, capable of chairing meetings and interfacing with client effectively.
- Strong leadership skills/good knowledge of using plans/risk and issue processes and change process.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Experience in management of multiple teams who are involved in the delivery of large migration programmes and third party management.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills and stakeholder management.
- Adherence to quality and a disciplined approach to process, methods and tools.
- Good knowledge of using plans, Risks, Issues, LFE and change processes.
- Attention to detail and good presentation skills
- Experience of dealing with difficult/complex client relationships/engagements
