SC Cleared Aeronautical Engineer - South East - 2 Years Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced SC Cleared AERONAUTICAL ENGINEER WHO will primarily be responsible for performing aerodynamic analyses in support of a wide range of defence programmes using the Team's numerical toolset, ranging from simple analytical tools through to advanced CFD. Depending on the relevant background and experiences, they may also be tasked to provide advice/consultancy in aerodynamics. This post requires timely delivery of technical leadership and contribution to work on behalf of customers and stakeholders, both internal and external.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Deliver high quality outputs in a timely fashion;

Work effectively in a Team environment;

Be able to work independently, when necessary, and support the delivery of complex multi-player programmes;

Build and maintain effective networks across and the stakeholder community, nationally and internationally.

Essential Experience:

Aerospace Sciences team, worked within Military aircraft programmes, Writing technical reports, Flight sciences disciplines.

Other essentials:

Knowledge and experience of a range of aerodynamic numerical and experimental tools and methods

Experience of writing technical reports/papers to an agreed standard and format

Desirables:

*Broad experience of working in a Flight Sciences discipline

*Experience of working in a Defence context
