SC CATALOGUE MANAGER - SERVICE CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT (SCM)
For a Defence client I'm looking for and SC Catalogue Manager. The contract will be UNTIL DEC 2014 and is to START ASAP.
DUTIES:
- Maintain up-to-date the interim CATALOGUE OF SERVICES during the bridging period 2014-2015.
- In SUPPORT of the SENIOR CATALOGUE MANAGER, maintain the processes on SERVICE CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT (SCM) and provide regular reports on their implementation.
- In support of the Senior Catalogue Manager, establish STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH SSTRAT AND SSUPL in order to give agility to the SCM processes.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Security Clearance
- A university DEGREE in Business Administration or a related discipline; relevant postgraduate qualifications is desirable but can be offset against the appropriate experience.
- A minimum of 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE in a position that requires regular contact with customers, clients and business partners.
- ITIL V2 SERVICE MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience with PROCESS ARCHITECTURE
- Experience with process automation and relevant tool sets/application
- Extensive MS OFFICE knowledge
- Proven ability to COMMUNICATE effectively orally and in writing with strong briefing skills.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- A recognised SERVICE MANAGEMENT OR CUSTOMER RELATIONS qualification and extensive experience in development and implementation of a catalogue of services.
- Prior experience of working in customer-oriented, service-based, multinational organisation comprising both MILITARY AND CIVILIAN ELEMENTS.
