Define appropriate test cases from Functional and Technical Specifications;
Execute tests and record evidence of results;
Raise and triage defects and progress fixes with the development team;
Skills and Knowledge needed are:
System testing including use of automated test tools; Defect management include use of Test Director
Significant exposure to data-based testing and validation - e.g. Conversion or ETL projects;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Numeracy and computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Able to analyse data and make decisions confidently
Be highly organised and able to manage own workload to meet stretching targets and strict deadlines
Able to work as part of a team
