SAS Technical Analyst/Developers

Our client is looking for 2 SAS Technical Analyst/Developers for a 10 Month+ contract role based in Brussels - Belgium.

Languages:
Read/Write/Understand/Speak
- English: Fluent/Fluent/Fluent/Good
- French or Dutch: Good/Good/Good/Good

Competency Levels required:
Base SAS (version 9.x) - Expert
SAS Macros - Expert
SAS SQL - Advanced
SAS Connect - Advanced
SAS Access to PC files - Advanced

General competencies/skills required

- The mission requires to have experience with the fundamentals/concepts of relational databases

(eg PK, FK, Indexes)
- The mission requires to have customer-oriented, solution-minded and a learning mentality.
- The mission requires to be a good communicator and work efficiently and independently.
- The mission requires to have an ability to turn raw data into strategic information and propose creative solutions for presenting dashboards, KPIs and operational reports.
- The mission requires to have be flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environment
- The mission requires to have comprehension of the functional solution design
- The mission requires to prepare and execute relevant testing, defect-including registration and resolution
- The mission requires to be attentive to recurrence/regression indicators Throughout the test cycles
- The mission requires to providence advice on release readiness or tested functionalities

Nice to have competencies

- Experience with SAS Visual Analytics is a plus
- Experience with MS DOS Scripting is a plus
- Experience with performance tuning or SAS programs is a plus
- Experience in Belgian utility market processes is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U/CRM and SAP BI is a plus
