SAS Operator

For our prestigious client, we are looking for a SAS operator

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

- Minimum 5 years of SAS experience
- Knowledge of SAS (ETL, DI Studio, MDM, Enterprise Guide)
- Oracle DB administration
- SQL
- Strong experience in IT Operations of a SAS platform with an Oracle DB

IT OPERATIONS:

- Run batchs
- Address issues to the relevant team
- Optimise batch scheduling

SOLUTION/APPLICATION MONITORING:

- Database monitoring (table space management, anticipate space issues)
- Control/analyse batch latency, response time and optimise indexes

APPLICATION SUPPORT TO USERS:

- Connection issues
- SAS usages (esp Enterprise Guide)
- Support to understanding of the datamodel (to support simple queries)

EXPECTED DELIVERABLES

- Update the existing documentation to prerare the handover of the IT Operations
- Contribution to the handover (attend meetings, write minutes, follow up action plan )
