SAS Developer - Contract Auckland

We are currently looking for an SAP Developer for an initial 3 MONTH+ CONTRACT role based in Auckland.

THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE ROLE:

- Analyse the effective utilisation of the current SAS technology
- Deliver robust and relevant solution designs with the use of SAS technology where appropriate
- Identify recommended maintenance of currency of related SAS technologies
- Assistance with trouble-shooting, problem definition and remediation in the case of SAS application failures
- Provision of functional and technical assistance as required to the other developers and business users
- Ensure that appropriate documentation is in place for existing and new development

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

- At least 7 years' experience in Information Systems and Technology
- Extensive SAS experience
- Exposure to SQL Server development 
- Experience in energy retail or equivalent customer-facing industries is desirable
