SAS Developer

SAS DEVELOPER (DI STUDIO):

SAS Developer (DI Studio) is urgently required to support the integration of changes in the existing Datawarehouse (DWH) as a result of the upstream changes in the finance and data management functions.

The SAS Developer (DI Studio) will be responsible to understand the existing Datawarehouse solution in detail and be able to design and develop the new/adjusted ETL flows in SAS DI Studio. The SAS Developer (DI Studio) should further be able to write stored processes for Reporting and prepare relevant documentation.

The SAS Developer (DI Studio) will ideally conform to the following profile:

- at least 5-10 years' experience in working with SAS, DI Studio 9.2 is a must.
- certified (SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9).
- Proven experience in writing Reports through SAS stored processes.
- Proven experience in designing SAS ETL flows.
- Thorough understanding of Data warehousing concepts, such as SCD Type 2 and 3rd normalized data models.
- Thorough understanding of DataMart/BI concepts, such as setting Star schemes/Snowflakes.
- Proven experience in job scheduling mechanisms, BMC Control M and/or Tibco is a pre.
- Proven experience in SQL Language.
- Proven experience with Oracle Databases.
- Proven experience in working with AIX and Linux operating systems.

A SAS Developer (DI Studio) with the following skills would have an outstanding advantage:

- SAS Infra knowledge is a pre.
