REQUIRED SKILLS

- Analyze gaps between current and new system to develop changes to enable application migration to the new environment on SAS Grid 9.4 platform.
- Lead and guide interactions with other SAS developers, testing teams, BAs (on shore and offshore) and other technology teams.
- Risk and Issue Management.
- Support project managers in estimating effort and planning the delivery of the application migration to ensure a quality and risk managed delivery.
- Present complex information in a clear, concise manner removing technical terminology when required to ensure stakeholder support.
