SAP WFM CONSULTANT - WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT 

ESSENTIAL 

- At least 2-3 life cycle implementations on SAP WFM (3.1 or 3.12)
- Expertise in providing business solutions through SAP WFM
- Client facing with excellent communication skills, analytical and inter-personal skills;
- Ability to work with distributed teams where team members are offshore;
- Expert level knowledge on SAP WFM configuration, standard SAP
- To be able to advice customer on how to achieve business results;
- Expert knowledge on SAP WFM integrated components like BI, SAP HCM, EP (for WFM Scenarios) etc.
- Ability to guide project team on customer requirements and ensure a holistic SAP WFM solution
