Location: Madrid, Spain
An excellent opportunity for a SAP User Support Coordinator to join a large international client in Madrid, Spain on a minimum 6 month contract with opportuntiy to extend.
The coordinator will ensure that support Levels 1/2/3 are prepared for the service with clear Responsibilities and means of operation. Those With Hand-over organization, Documentation of Procedures for Level 1 & 2, Ensure that the overall service is efficient for the end-user: fast resolution of incident and knowledge inquiries, prepare self-service knowledge base with solution teams, Clarify Their role in the support process (level 3).
Good level of English is required
