SAP UAT/Integration Test Lead

My client a large Telcoms company based in Dublin is looking to hire an SAP Test Lead
The client to implement a global SAP ERP solution to consolidate processes, systems and data currently held across multiple systems. The role of the SAP Test Lead will involve the analysis and documentation of existing processes and data structures, the development of test scripts, management and lead of Integration Test and User Acceptance Test phases, through to final testing and implementation of the final solution.
The ideal candidate should be able to engage with multiple levels within business and IT ranging from executive through analyst, and should have a strong business-based UAT background including experience with SAP.
The following modules are being implemented - HR MSS&ESS, PPM, PS and BOBJ. SAP ERP will be interfaced with the existing SAP Business One system which is being used by Finance
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active participant in roll out of SAP from from testing and implementation through to go-live.
- Gain an understanding of the industry and business requirements
- Act as Lead for Integration and User Acceptance Testing phase, lead and manage test phases to completion.
a. Own delivery of Test Plans, schedules and Defects Management Plan
b. Facilitate and manage test cases creation and execution
c. Work closely with the ERP Program Manager to align dates, resources and deliverables
SKILLS
ESSENTIAL:
- Experience working on an SAP or other similar ERP application implementation.
- Experience in one or more of the following SAP modules- PPM, PS, BI, FICO, SD or MM.
- Process creation, review and implementation
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
- Strong organization and facilitation skills.
