SAP Transformation Manager

TCS Currently require a SAP Transformation Manager to work onsite at one of our global manufacturing clients.

The Role

Manage project teams in initiation, planning, implementation and closure of project related deliverables.

Lead and manage successful execution of a project focusing on cost, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.

Develops effective project plan(s) for multiple project(s) for the scope and efforts given.

Defines and collects reports on progress, problem, risks & recommendations solution

Focal point between the customer, strategic partners and SAP during the project

Manage Scope and implementation of various projects

Identify and articulate implementation risks, mitigation strategies and create contingency plans

Ensure delivery in line with customer expectations

Liaison with internal partners for resource management (Manpower/Infrastructure) 

Lead workshops for process definition and change and get sign-off from business process owners.

Periodic reviews to provide business application expertise to highlight potential problem areas to the project team early in the implementation.

Should leverage expertise and experience across functional modules to resolve cross-modular conflicts and help in speedier issue resolution

Facilitate teams in developing desired minimum level of domain competencies

Collate pre DD multi-tower/Geography information and identify gaps

Ensure ramp-up/ramp-down plans are prepared and adhere to

Ensure understanding of local employment law, if any, per operational needs

Review and provide inputs on contract documents, SOW contents

Overall ownership of  End to end transition from inception to delivery handoff

Create and distribute Transition Org Chart and define ETVX for each phase

Identify, document and distribute Roles and responsibilities
