The ideal candidate will have SAP Training lead experience - delivering and developing SAP Training and will have a good knowledge of SAP finance and associated business processes. The Training Manager must be experienced running training in Powerbuilder and/or Java based applications. Good knowledge of MS Office and Visio.
The main responsibilities will include managing a training team, Developing training strategies, standards and tools using classroom-based training, E-learning and blended learning. Developing a role-based training curriculum and associated course content. Manage the delivery of all training to an agreed budget. Delivering training programmes for 500+ end users.
