SAP TRAINING MANAGER
ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Building a bridge between defined SAP Simple Finance S4 Hana functional requirements and finance processes into training content
* Assess training needs, identify, analyze, and prepare appropriate training strategies
* Identify and manage affected target groups and anticipated proficiency to ensure user readiness
* Manage training design and definition of roles and responsibilities to cascade training effectively
through the organization
* Develop training materials based on SAP business requirements, processes and use case
information
* Deliver face to face and virtual training to end-users
* Define and measure success metrics and monitor training and proficiency progress
* Developing on-going training strategies including ad-hoc training to ensure that end-user are
kept up to date
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, the following position requirements are essential:
* Engaging & motivational personality
* Expertise and a deep understanding of SAP Simple Finance S4 Hana modules, Business Analysis
and testing
* Ability to translate complex, technical solutions into a concise articulation of training
* Proven track record operating as a trainer, structuring and delivering pragmatic training high
quality training solutions as part of large, complex, multi-geography, multi-year transformations
* Able to articulate benefits of key organizational training activities and work closely with a wide
variety of stakeholders
* Proven team player, committed to meeting the common goals and able to excel in virtual teams
* Flexible and able to work under time pressure as required by the programme schedule, whilst
motivating the extended training team
* University degree or similar education with relevant work experience, preferably in Finance
