Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP Training lead for a contract role based in Qatar. This is an English speaking role.
YOU SHOULD HAVEhave a minimum of 12 years of professional work experience that includes a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in relevant business areas with demonstrated management experience preferably in an Oil and Gas organization and a minimum of 6 years hands-on SAP implementation/support experience including at least 2 full life cycle implementation projects as Team Lead for the relevant SAP modules.
The Training Lead will be responsible for the training deliverables of the project including developing training plans, training communication, and training strategies, training schedule, training curriculums and Job-Role-Mapping (JRM). He will also analyze training needs, identify end users, execute and monitor and evaluate training. The Training Lead should also understand and be able to follow the ASAP methodology, as well as have exposure to training documentation tools
The Training Lead is responsible to deliver the hands-on training to stakeholders, business process owners, super users and end user to enable the client to use SAP Business solutions effectively. The Training Lead ensures there is permanent knowledge transfer and expertise from Contractor to the client Staff
