SAP Training Manager

SAP Training Manager required for 6 month project in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

- To oversee the design and development of SAP training material.
- To support and oversee the deployment of training to clients user community

Roles:

- Instructional Design of the training materials, specifically:
- Learner Guides
- Facilitator Guides
- PowerPoint Presentations
- uPerform simulations
- End to End scenarios
- To manage the inputs, standardization and outputs of the content development team
- To manage the Stakeholder Matrix related to the content development
- To manage the time, attendance and delivery of the training material development team
- To report progress of content development, issues, risks and dependencies to the HP Project Manager
- To assist client with the Curriculum Map creation
- To support the training technical platforms, namely the Maestro Learning Management System and the uPerform eLearning Creation and Deployment Platforms.
- To Assist with the course to job role mapping
- To do content review of the created training materials
- To assist the certification manager with the certification creation and review process.
