Overview:

The SAP Project Training Lead will conduct the training activities for the project in alignment with the Regional IT Strategy and Roadmap. He/she will organize the development and also deliver SAP training contents and materials. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, preferably bilingual English/Greek

Location: Athens - 30% travel

Primary Responsibilities:
Organize and deliver key user, trainers- and end user SAP training sessions and materials, covering the scope of the Project. Work closely with project team, Regional Application CoE to develop the required training material and organize the training activities in partnership with the local Change Management team.

Activities
o Develop the required training material with the Project Team and the Application CoE
o Ensure Training & communication are Embedded throughout the projects delivery with close integration of change management team Organize the training activities in partnership with the local change management teams
o Train the local trainers on SAP and keep them up to date when changes occur within the SAP environment so they can cascade the learning down into their respective organizations
o Drive local training teams and deployment leads in overseeing course scheduling and logistics
o Ensure training environments and appropriate data sets are ready for the training sessions
o Use the uPerform platform as documentation center and training platform
The candidate needs to be available preferably as soon as possible, latest from April 2015.

In adherence to the client company's policies and while adapting to the business environment, may require occasional trip abroad.

Profile

General skills
o 7-10 years of professional experience in SAP Implementation, with 3+ years of Training experience in particular with SAP in active implementations
o Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive global training curriculum with SAP, including Train the Trainer and customized offerings per job function, module, etc.
o International implementation experience, in multi-country/multi-language roll-outs, based on global template is a plus
o Experience in creating Training Approach and tactics, tools, metrics and reporting is a plus
o Hands-on experience in working with uPerform is highly desired
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
o Strong didactical skills and creativity
o Strong analytical skills
o Ability to successfully work in a Matrix environment and in a global organization
o Resistance to stress and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines
o Team spirit and cross cultural awareness
o Experience in SAP ECC, Specific SAP module knowledge and expertise is a plus (like IS-Retail, Material Management, Inventory Management, FICO, SD, BW, HR ...)
o Training tools, including Solution Manager, SPP/U-perform, SAP Quality Centre (HP) and should have used it for implementation
o Solid experience in creating Training Approach and tactics, tools, metrics and reporting Proficient with MS Office applications
o Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, preferably bilingual English/Greek
