SAP Training Developer

My client a leading Government organisation is looking for a SAP Training Developer for an initial 7 month contract role with strong likelihood of extensions. The successful candidate will develop and deploy the training strategies, programs and materials related to my clients ERP project.Qualifications & Experience:

- Demonstrated high level of experience and knowledge of documentation development for both on-line and instructor-led training for a large SAP project
- Advanced development skills with uPerform and MS Products
- Experience in developing training materials for SAP in some or allof the following subject areas:
- Finance
- Plant Maintenance
- Project Systems
- Asset Management
- Public Sector Collections and Disbursements
- Demonstrated high level ability to deliver instructor-led training courses
- Proven experience and success in projects of a similar size and scope
- Proven experience in developing high quality training materials using uPerform

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop high quality E-learning and classroom based training courses, including business processes, using a blended learning approach
- Develop high quality training documentation for end-users including simulations, training guides, exercises and reference materials
- Deliver classroom based training
- Assist with the development of training and end user documentation plans
- Upload/input data necessary for courses
- Update progress tracking and reporting
- Ensure the allocated end user documentation activities are successfully completed in alignment with the schedule
- Evaluate the training program/courses and modify as necessary and assist with the development of ongoing training, monitoring and support strategies
- Work in a team environment and manage workloads effectively to meet tight timeframes
