SAP Training Developer

My client a leading QLD employer is looking for an SAP Training Developer to join their team on an initial 3 month contract basis with strong possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying the training strategies, programs and materials related to my clients ERP project.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE:

- Develop high quality E-learning and classroom based training courses, including business processes, using a blended learning approach
- Develop high quality training documentation for end-users including uPerform simulations, training guides, exercises and reference materials
- Deliver classroom based training
- Upload/input data necessary for courses
- Update progress tracking and reporting
- Ensure deliverables and activities are successfully completed in alignment with the schedule
- Evaluate the training program/courses and modify as necessary and assist with the development of ongoing training, monitoring and support strategies
- Work in a team environment and manage workloads effectively to meet tight timeframes
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts and business representatives to validate process business context
- Liaise with Functional Consultants to validate process and system functionality

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- Experience developing and delivering training materials for each of the following SAP modules:
- Asset Accounting (minimum 3 years)
- BW/BO (minimum 1 year)
- Plant Maintenance (minimum 3 years)
- Substantial experience in delivering instructor-led training for:
- Asset Accounting
- BW/BO
- Plant Maintenance

Please provide details of the courses led in face to face training (eg the course name, number of times the course was run and the number of end users trained)

- Demonstrated high level of experience and knowledge of documentation development for both on-line and instructor-led training for several SAP implementation projects.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in developing high quality training material in uPerform, including work instructions and simulations.
- Minimum 5 years experience developing and delivering training materials for SAP implementation projects.
- A strong finance and accounting background is beneficial
