SAP Trainer - PLM EHS

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP EHS or PLM Trainer for a role based in South Netherlands.

Please note: This is a Dutch speaking role so only apply if you can speak FLUENT Dutch.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Minimum 8 years of knowledge and experience in the SAP EHS or PLM

Minimum of 6 years SAP training delivery experience

Experience with uPerform in development and classroom

Ability to conduct training based on principles of adult learning

Outstanding writing skills to author concise, grammatically correct procedures and training for international audience

Effective communication skills to work with subject matter experts in the delivery of procedures and training

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to develop training content as required

Local language as required (ie Simplified Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, etc)

SAP Certification desired

Thinks quickly on feet - can analyze comments, understand how they relate to the topic, and develops appropriate and accurate responses.

Demonstrates professionalism and self-confidence.

Flexible and responds well to all feedback even when it is difficult.
