SAP Trainer - Frequent European Travel

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Develop the training strategy and training plan for the project, ensuring consistency in processes through implementation of training methodology & quality standards * Work with country HR and management teams to conduct training needs analysis and drive end-user training development and delivery * Oversee the development of training material and manage the process of storing and updating material as required. Manage translation of materials * Work with the EPO communication resource to ensure good communication both prior to and post training. * Develop and deliver the Train the Trainer Program as necessary * Participate in OCM activities as appropriate * Development of the end user training curriculum * Work with Process team/Super Users to identify gaps in training material and resolve. * Ensure training environments readiness KEY ATTRIBUTES: * ·Experience of delivering training and development across Europe essential. Experience of IT roll outs an advantage * High level communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels within the organisation
