SAP Transportation Management Consultant Needed

Responsibilities

Analyse of identified gaps between local business practices and applications in various countries and global business processes and global SAP TM application functionality
Proactively think ahead and identify potential gaps and propose a way to close them, based on the inputs from the various teams
Be a point of contact for the various teams to collect required inputs, to facilitate clarification of details, and to update them on decisions, next steps, timelines
Write and manage business requirements for SAP TM or other core applications releases, including creation of test cases. Work closely with the applications consultants
Write and manage business documentation, including changes to business process documentation and training materials. Work closely with Ocean Freight and Airfreight Product teams
Create recommendations for the Change Control Board and Management with required level of quality and details
Act as a lead expert on specific topics
Need experience as a functional TM candidate gathering SAP TM requirements in a Freight forwarding environment
