SAP TEST MANAGER (COORDINATOR/UAT/AUTOMATION TOOL)

EXPERIENCES:

- Operational Test Management experience within large scale SAP projects ideally in the Chemical/Industrial areas
- Experience through full SAP life cycle experience (System testing, Integration testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc)
- Experience with managing and coordinating large international groups of Super Users for User Acceptance tests across many countries
- Experience within International SAP Projects
- Good experience of SAP modules, more focus on Supply Chain related0 (SD,MM including FICO integration).

PROFILE:

- A strong Leader/Manager/coordinator profile who can organize international testing teams and coordinate groups of business super-users for UAT
- Strong communication skills since much interaction with senior management/project teams/stakeholders
- Proactive and able to deal with intense testing periods with a cool head
- Experience working together with System integrators and off-shore teams
-Can follow and implement methods, procedures and directives provided by GSCC Test Architect
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
- Willing for travel

TASKS:

- The client's Test Manager will work closely together with the designated System Integrator (SI) and GSCC test architect, with a primary focus on Regression, Retrofit, Performance, & User Acceptance Testing
- While the SI will have primary responsibility for the project, there will be highly coordinated and interrelated activities
- Working closely with the OCM stream to ensure mobilization the continuous involvement of business stakeholders for early user acceptance of the solution
- Planning and overseeing testing, review of test conditions, test scripts and test scenarios for the various business requirements
-Interacting with project functional and technical teams to understand schedule dependencies and ensure testing milestones are met
-Interacting with business and external contacts (eg Legacy application users and leads) to identify/understand external activities and support required during the interface testing
-Tracking test readiness and to ensure that complete test environment is ready and resources are trained before testing starts
-Managing resources in the test organization and planning the capacity
- Together with the GSCC test architect, ensuring sign-off on all test plan deliverables and test closure memos
- Creation of test plans and test packages, Coordination of test document (test scripts), Coordination of test execution
- Providing regular status reports to Project Manager team and key stakeholders, in particular during test execution phases
- Continuous following-up and tracking of defect escalation with support teams

ADDED VALUE EXPERIENCES BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.

- Working with off-shore teams
- Test automation tools such as Worksoft
-SOLMAN experience and SAP Test Workbench and creation of test plans, defect tracking and packages reporting tools
- Experiences with testing -Web and mobile device interfaces to SAP
