SAP Test Manager

Nicholas Bernard seek an experienced SAP Test Manager to be based between San Francisco and New York

KEY SKILLS:
. Extensive experience working in an SAP environment
. Understanding of performance testing strategies and tools.
. Demonstrable understanding of current test management methodologies/tools/techniques
. Ability to improve processes and generate greater efficiency through effective change management skills.
. Successful and proven test management experience for at least one full SAP implementation
. Experience to work in the regulated environment (Pharma); Familiar with GXP/CSV requirements.

Details:
. Represent Operations team from a Test Management perspective
. Monitor and report upon test case creation, test case execution and defect status
. Lead the implementation and usage of Test processes and tools across the project.
. Provide single point of escalation for Project teams for any Testing
. Advocate process improvements and design choices that will lead to fewer defects throughout the life of the project.
. Implements best practices and service improvements within the testing services area.
. Ensure testing processes in systems under their supervision comply with regulatory requirements (SOX and GxP)
. Production of daily test status reports
. Administration of test tools including tester access
. Train and guide Functional Consultants on Test Strategy & Processes
. Creation of Test Plans and Reports for each test cycle
. Provide Impact Assessment support & verification
. Preparation of Requirements Traceability Matrix
. Verify Requirement Coverage & Test Scope
. Sys/Int Test Case Scenario List
. Review and approval of Test Cases pre and post execution
. Defect management: tracking, reporting and closure
. Execution of process control tests for testing procedures.
