Our client is looking for a SAP Test Manager
English speaking, French is a distinct Advantage.
Brussels based starting ASAP for 6 months.
The client has created a program in which testing is identified as a major parts/projects. To put this in place, the client is looking for an expert testing.
The function:
* Definition of a Master Test Plan including:
o The definition of life cycle testing in these phases (preparation, analysis, design, implementation, execution, monitoring/controlling/reporting and closing)
o Establishment of integrated strategy testing program for each level of the test program:
-System Testing
-System Integration Testing in a context End to End
-Acceptance Testing
* For internal user (User Acceptance)
* By clients operations (Operational Acceptance)
* With the other market (external to client)
* Third parties (Certification)
In contexts:
* In transition from the old system to the new solution with data migration;
* From full speed.
o The setting of roles and responsibilities
o fixing handover criterion of a test phase to another
o defining an approach for each test phase including:
-Defining scenario tests/test cases and advice on testing techniques
-Management of test scenarios/test cases using the test tool management in place (TestLog)
-Control and monitor the execution of the tests and in including Component Integration Testing and Component Testing INT and UNT
-Management of anomalies via the tools in place (Mantis)
o The definition of a communication strategy
* Control of the plan by proposing actions with impact analysis to scope level, workload, schedule and quality
and supervision of the preparation and execution of tests (except Component and Component Integration Testing)
* Documentation risk product (Product Risks) and monitoring; identification and communication in project/program manager risk (Project Risks).
Profile:
* You hold a university degree (Master in Economics or Management or Computer Engineering) or equivalent by experience
* You have 5 years experience in the field of testing as test manager and can demonstrate that you have run tests to a test load of more than 100 man-months
* Recent experience as a test manager of major projects/programs in complex organizations and if possible in the world of energy
* The concepts, tools and methodologies for testing as (ISTQB, ISO25010, Defect Tracking, Test Management Tool, ...) you are familiar with - hold an ISTQB certification manager (Advanced Test Manager)
* You have more than 5 years of experience in testing or development in a SAP/SOA environment
* Key Skills: good analytical and synthesis, good customer mind (internal-external), critical thinking, results orientation, assertiveness and independence.
