SAP Test & Acceptance Specialist (SAP Retail)

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:
SAP TEST & ACCEPTANCE SPECIALIST (SAP RETAIL)
to validate the business critical applications of functional and non-functional aspects of testing, including non-regression, integration and acceptance tests.
Responsibilities will include:
- Define the test scripts based on requirement.
- Execute tests to ensure the expected quality and accuracy of the software deliverables.
- Participate in the development iteration and acquire competencies on the developed functionalities.
- Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements and the agreed planning.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience of testing in complex environments and large companies.
- Significant experience with WRITING AND EXECUTING functional test cases IN SAP RETAIL CONTEXT
- Experience with analysing and documenting complex technical issues.
- Experience with HP TOOLS (ALM, QTP, etc.)
- Experience with Solution Manager tools
- Experience with OFF-SITE TEST CENTERS IS A PLUS
- Knowledge of development and testing methodologies
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- French is a plus
THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2013 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, WITH AN EXTENSION FOR 2014. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
