SAP Technical Release manager
- Responsible to create and communicate release schedule within GSS
- Coordinate release schedule with stakeholder within GSS (SAP CC and Legacy system)
- Responsible for transport management in the SAP Landscape. (Release changes to production)
- Responsible for executing of regression tests by ordering that service from SAP Test Center
- Responsible to deploy SAP release
- Plan, prepare, execute deploy
- Stabilization phase, 2 weeks, solving production incidents, before handover
- Responsible to collect and compile and provide the information with the basis for decision to deploy a release.
- Quality assure, safeguard the productive live solution. Content/new functionality delivered by the different projects
Skills
- Communicative in English
- SAP ERP knowledge, understand the landscape, understand dependencies, general understanding of how SAP works
- General knowledge in testing, as this role includes planning and executing of regression tests by ordering that service from SAP Test Center
- Project management skills, as this role will be to follow up the different projects to keep different deadlines as well as plan and execute the release plan.
- Knowledge and understanding in how GSS IT works with the system together with their partners
- Working with good structure
