We have a contract opportunity with our client located at COPENHAGEN, DENMARK.
SAP TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Duration: 24 MONTHS
Location: COPENHAGEN, DENMARK
Start Date: ASAP
SAP Technical Project Manager for a strategic program to streamline and harmonize business processes in purchasing, inventory, sales, production and distribution of medicinal products for hospitals.
My client is looking for a technical project manager, responsible for SAP Basis ( ECC, Solman ), RICE - FW and other basic items. You must be with the implementation of a major strategic program within purchasing, inventory, sales, production and distribution of medicines in the hospital sector. The program aims to streamline and harmonize business processes in hospital pharmacies across the country. As part of the program implemented a new ERP system (SAP ) to the approx. 1500 users on its hospital pharmacies as well as a large number of users in the clinical features. The system will have interfaces for example, all the country's electronic health record systems, regional financial, national reporting systems as well as specific production equipment at individual locations. There will also be web services and mobile platforms to ensure efficient processes for many users.
The position is a 2 year project employment with possibility of extension. You will report to our program manager, who is responsible for the overall national program.
A little travel activity in Denmark can be expected.
your responsibility
Planning and management of tasks within SAP Basis and Development ( RICE - FW)
Securing the right quality of deliveries in their own teams, taking into account the conditions prevailing in the program and links to relevant projects in or out of the program
Management of their own resources in the project, including ensuring that the right skills for the solution of the project tasks are present at the right time
Contribute to building management organization
Ensuring that technical deliverables from the project is transferred to the operation of the business and management organization
Technical sparring for their own teams and project and program management to ensure progress in the individual project teams, including the facilitation of the proper use of project tools and other standards
Ongoing dialogue and reporting of program management, project managers and project stakeholders
Periodic status and deviation management in relation to supplies, resources, time, cost and quality of the project
your skills
Minimum 8 years of experience working in several of these disciplines
Have successfully completed at least 2 full- life cycle SAP projects from preparation to after go- live support
Experience in managing projects through ASAP and Solution Manager
Experience in management of project teams within their own disciplines
Good overview, business-oriented and always result in focus
Systematic and process- oriented approach to tasks
Can communicate clearly to a variety of stakeholders
Ability to make difficult decisions and build consensus through dialogue
Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or health care ( GxP and GAMP5 ) is an advantage
