SAP Technical Delivery Co-ordinator - Lausanne Area.
Our client is looking for a service delivery Co-ordinator with experience of working in the supply chain area. With good knowledge of the SAP landscape, you will manage a number or projects within the supply chain portfolio, defining processes, change management plans and quality assurance.
You will define the supply chain interfaces between SAP teams and technical teams in order to provide suitable solutions to problems raised by users or template management. You will manage daily communication between business teams and support teams ensuring documentation is up to date, risks assessed appropriate costs/timelines adhered to.
You will define support processes and will provide technical support when required as well as other issues resolution expertise across the team.
A strong background in project co-ordination within a SAP environment, with a strong eye for detail and business process management.
