SAP Technical Analyst

IMMEDIATE START

INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT

Our client is seeking a SAP TECHNICAL SPECIALIST to provide the technical advice and management of all activities associated with the provision of support services ensuring core business can be achieved through the accessibility and usability of all applications

YOUR DUTIES:

- Provide overall support of the SAP Basis system to ensure optimal effectiveness of existing and future functionality and its on-going operation
- Provide business consultation and advice in relation to the impact of development or change to SAP Basis
- Work with relevant stakeholders on the preparation of Change Request Specifications
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the resources with the right skills are provided to assist in project deliveries and smooth transition to SAP Basis support
- Manage overall administration of SAP application.
- Develop strategy and co-ordinate systematic releases of SAP Basis Support packages (patches) including documentation, testing and release/
- Daily system checks, system refreshes and SAP application updates

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Solid Solution SAP management experience
- Extensive experience in the provision of application support services in SAP PORTAL
- Excellent conceptual and functional understanding of SAP Basis configuration and development
- BI or PI background
- Professional qualification and extensive experience in SAP applications
- Experience with Oracle 11G
