SAP System Administrator

For our Client from the banking area in Zurich we are looking for a SAP ADMINISTRATOR

YOUR ROLE
Are you adept at implementing system changes? Do you know how to work effectively with numerous technical teams to improve core infrastructure?

We're looking for someone like that who can help us:
- administrate and operate our SAP System (ERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 8)
- propose and implement systems enhancements
- monitor usage and performance, and troubleshoot software and SAP-Kernel issues
- analyze complexity and feasibility of new or changed environment requirements
- install, configure, test and implement SAP Systems
- analyze outages and defective states, initiating and monitoring measures to Remedy them
- administrate and operate connection between SAP and database system (DB2)
- support creation of authorization concepts with role specifications
- support system copies, release changes, installation of patches and system monitoring
- participate in IT projects

YOUR TEAM
You'll be working in the Operational Accounting team in Zurich. We are a midsize capability unit within Core Banking

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You have:
- at least 5 years of experience in the administration of SAP systems, in particular ERP
- good skills in Unix (AIX)
- general Mainframe knowledge including DB2 on z/OS, maybe even knowing the Stonebranch interface between Mainframe and SAP
- ideally knowledge in the administration of VMWare as well as Backup and Recovery Systems

You are:
- analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- fluent in English, German speaking is an advantage
