SAP Support team Leader

Support Team Lead, France/ Paris .

On behalf of one of our customers, a world leader in their industry sector based in France, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP Support Team Leader. Previous successful experience in the following areas is required for this project:

Maintenance tasks includes:

- Front Office Support
- Back Office support
- Break fix
- Enhancements
- Enhancements projects

Requested profile should be a Former SAP consultant that already manage medium projects.

He/She will have to:

- lead maintenance team
- Ensure right support level to key users
- Follow-up on Support, Break fix and enhancements tickets
- manage enhancement requests to validation committee
- Liaise and coordination implementation of enhancements and projects Connected Home sites
- Lead enhancements projects - Requirements, developments and implementation
- Prioritize tasks
- Coordinate other support action as infrastructure operations, audits support,
- Report issues before escalation

Profile

- Fluent English is mandatory
- International experience is mandatory
- Team management
- SAP consultant 10 year experience
- SAP Knowledge in Finance area or in Supply Chain
- Experience in Project management (Medium projects)

Please note that this is an English and French speaking project.

This assignment can start as early as the 12th of October, with a week of flexibility for the right candidate. Telephone interviews can be arranged next week.

Initial contract until the end of July 2016.
