SAP Supply Chain Implementation Programme Manager - Switzerland

Our client, a major international organisation is seeking a Programme Manager with experience of SAP Supply Chain to Manage and Deliver IS/IT programs of the Supply Chain portfolio and solutions and ensure specially:

Build program governance including set of metrics to indicate the health and progress of the program.

Verify and validate the program, ensuring adherence to standards and alignment with the vision.

Manage and update programme management data and status.

Build and lead the planning and implementation of program including cutover plans, allocation of resources and budgets.

Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals and deliverables.

Track and management of execution.

Coordinate issue resolution across all involved teams. (offshore/onshore/nearshore functional and technical teams).

Coordinates with external software and technology partners and vendors located near shore and offshore.

Document program management deliverables.

Plan and manage program resource allocation (capacity planning).

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the program to all stakeholders (weekly scorecards and status reports, steering committees).

Assess risk, impact, mitigation actions, workload, cost, assumptions, together with Functional Specialists and Vendors.

You will have a significant number SAP implementations or migrations to your name, working at a senior project or programme management level.
