Our client in Belgium is searching for a SAP SuccessFactors consultant with experience in the Learning module.
The Successfactors solution must be integrated into the existing on-premise architecture according to an integration model "Talent hybrid": the PA/OM/Time modules are kept on-premise, only the Talent modules are implemented in the cloud.
The main tasks include:
- Determine initial planning, identify the scope with the business
- Prepare and lead workshops with the stakeholders, to define processes, authorizations in accordance with SAP Successfactors Learning
- Change management (defining/aligning processes with the best practices SuccessFactors Learning and with the business processes).
- Determine and document the configuration that needs to be implemented
- Integration with third party systems (link to SAP Back End, link to a planning tool for planning training)
- Identify the master data needed for the data migration and provide the necessary templates.
- Prepare a schedule for the implementation, realization of the solution.
START DATE: July/August
DURATION: Until 31.12.2018 plus extension
