We are looking to hire a contract SAP SUCCESSFACTORS CONSULTANT to drive a BRAND NEW GLOBAL SAP SUCCESS FACTORS IMPLEMENTATION with a globally known client in the NETHERLANDS.
The successful candidate should be able to start this role ASAP (ideally 1st May) and have completed AT LEAST ONE END-TO-END SAP SF IMPLEMENTATION in any module (EC/Recruiting/LMS/PMGM/WFA).
This role will focus on a GLOBAL IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP SUCCESSFACTORS, therefore the role may require some travel where necessary.
KEY SKILLS:
- SAP SUCCESSFACTORS/SUCCESS FACTORS/SF
- SAP HCM/HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP SF Implementation
- EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTING:
- Employee Central/EC or
- Recruiting or
- Learning Management System/LMS or
- Performance & Goal Management/PMGM or
- Workforce Analytics/WFA
