Job Description:
Participation in projects implementation from A to Z:
- Customer needs analysis
- Participation in the Blueprint
- Setting Success Factors
- Accompaniment of users (Training)
- Ultimately, in the very short term, if he/she has enough seniority, he/she will participate in the pre-sale phases.
Profile:
- At least 2 year experience in implementation as an SAP SFSF consultant
- Knowledge in Employee Central is required
- Knowledge in Recruitment, Competence management and Appraisal is an advantage
- You have both Business and SFSF Knowledge
- Experience in another HR Cloud solution is an advantage
- Strong analysis, listening and adaptation skills is required
- You speak fluently English plus Dutch as native/fluent language. French is an advantage
- You are customer service focused and team player.
