Projektbeschreibung
Our client, a major international organisation based near Lausanne, Switzerland, is looking for a SuccessFactors configuration consultant.
With previous experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Emloyee Central, SF Suite and SAP HCI, you will work with Integration Architects to provide guidance in the setup and configuration of SF, promote standardisation and educate internal teams.
You will map the SuccessFactors Suite, filling and updating the Configuration Workbooks based on business requirements, workflows and data catalogue.
You will also prepare test scripts and perform unit testing, ensure configuration changes are in line with company policy, migrate configuration between environments.
Your deliverables will be the full configuration of SuccessFactors Suite including provisionning, cross-process topics, platform tops across the required environments.
Previous experience of configuration of SF Suite is essential and you are expected to have worked on the full life cycle in at least 4 of the following areas:
Performance Management (including Continuous PM)
Development and Competency Management
Compensation and Variable Pay
Employee Central
Intelligent Services
Recruiting
On- and Offboarding
RBP
Reporting
Platform Topics (intelligent services, integration centre)
You will be expected to have worked in large international and complex environments and bring this expertise to our client.
Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to consider applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
