SAP Succesfactors Consultant

Our Client are looking for SuccessFactors consultants for an exciting new implementation in Brisbane. This role will see you working on the design and delivery of a new implementation working from requirements gathering through to BAU.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Liaison with the business to define business requirements for the SuccessFactors implementation
- Interpret business requirements and map to functional design/solution to meet those requirements
- Process and solution design and gap analysis to standard SuccessFactor functionality during the business blueprint project phase
- Acting in an advisory capacity
- Configuration in Success Factor including assisting with the system testing, Legacy data mapping and integration to other modules and Legacy applications
- Problem solve and undertake root cause analysis
- Produce system and user documentation as required

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience working on at least 1 full life cycle implementing Successfactors
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting/On boarding, LMS/Learning, Performance and Goals and Succession and Development
- Have excellent configuration skills- SuccessFactors
- Experience with the latest SuccessFactors versions and technology and the integration requirements
- Be able to communicate on a 360degree level
- Previous experience with business process redesign exercises
- Experience in a consulting practice environment
- Strong customer facing and problem solving skills
