-This upcoming problems will be reported via incident/problem or service request ("tickets") to the B-Level. (75%)
-Near-service activities in the ssf system, e.g.
-customizing of new companies in the system (25%)
-Very good practical experience to setup a SSF system, back-end or front-end administration and any further transactions and reports
-Perform ABAP program coding incl. debugging
-Proficient in German and English (in command of the written and spoken language)
-Knowledge of ITIL
-Practical experience in application support
