SAP SRM - Project Manager - Oil and Gas

Project Manager, SAP SRM, Integration Project, Oil and Gas Client, SAP, SRM, Change, TOM, E2E, RAID, IDM.

Gibbs S3 are looking for a Project Manager, who in their current role been involved heavily in a large SAP SRM Integration/Deployment.

Main Deliverables:

TOM (AS-IS and TO-BE)
E2E process integration
Business Change Management
Deployment Approach and Delivery
Data Management (conversion, readiness, alignment and cleanliness)
Organisational Change
Global Business Services

Experience Required:

Up to 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP SRM
Extensive experience as a PM
Hands on knowledge and capabilities of using MSP
Can do attitude to delivery and problem solving
Functional knowledge of SAP SRM
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
Influencing and negotiation skills
Change Management experience and capabilities
Possess a consultative and collaborative style
Capable of delivering high quality project management documentation eg dashboards, report, minutes, registers and tracking logs
Ability to focus on plans, targets, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies

Responsibilities:

Management and tracking of deliverables recorded
Consistently arrange and conduct the meetings necessary to manage the project effectively
Ensure compliance with delivery model (similar to Prince2)
Coordination of all integration activities and deliverables
Manage and document the projects RAID process
Escalate problems and issues to the SAP IP Programme Manager in a timely manner
Contribute to the programmes communications strategy and plans
Provide input to the programmes training strategy and plans
