SAP SRM Deployment Manager

We are currently working with a leading global Oil & Gas company who are looking to recruit a SAP SRM Deployment Manager for an initial 12 month interim role based in their offices outside London.

This role will be working at the beginning stages of a global deployment of SAP SRM across the business.

The role will involve:
- The delivery and tracking of deliverables recorded in the approved deployment plan
- Consistently and effectively arrange and conduct deployment meetings with the business functions
- Document the outcomes of all meetings, workshops and reviews
- Ensure compliance with business delivery model (similar to Prince2)
- Coordination of all deployment integration activities and deliverables
- Document and manage the deployment Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID)
- Escalate deployment problems and issues to the SAP Programme Manager in a timely manner
- Contribute to the programmes communications strategy and plans
- Provide input to the programmes training strategy and plans
- Deliver the function by function cut over and implementation plans and activities

Key deliverables include:
- Effective and efficient functional deployment strategies and plans
- Business cut over plans and trackers
- A coordinated training strategy/plan and capabilities between the SAP SRM project and the business functions
- Detailed RAID analysis and a comprehensive RAID register
- Coordination and tracking of delivery against approved deployment plans
- Effective consultation & collaboration between the programme & SME's within the business function(s)

We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar capacity within a large business deployment of SAP SRM.

The ideal candidate will also have strong stakeholder management skills, experience of managing change and delivering high quality deployment documentation to the business.
