SAP Solution Manager Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and build SAP Test and Incident Management workflows
- Support the existing change management workflow (ChaRM)
- Create functional spec for additional requirements
- Create design documentation
- Support of the Solution Implementation
- Enhance and optimize the change management workflow
- Provide generic support for project team members
- SPOC for SAP Solution Manager at my client
- Development tool chain integration
- Define and review the requirements and the use cases for tools' integrations
- Analyze and design integrations of SAP Solution Manager with other development tools
- Implement various types of integrations between systems
- Ensure support of the integration tools/plug-ins
- Communication of the updates/changes to all the stakeholders (SAP Solution Manager and Integration tools)
- Training material set-up
- Documentation follow-up
- Training organization and follow-up

SKILLS:
- Knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation of SAP Solution Manager functionalities
- ChaRM (Change Request Mgmt, Change Control Mgmt),
- Document Management (via SOLAR transaction)
- ITSM/Incident Management (integration with 3rd party systems a plus)
- Test Workbench (integration with HP ALM and others a plus)
- CTS/CTS+ knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of Project Administration, Template and Document Management
- Technical Monitoring/Root Cause Analysis
- Strong background in Scripting languages
- Knowledge in setting up continuous integration tool chain for development (JIRA, Bamboo, SVN, Git, etc.)
- Knowledge of HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM) for testing and plugins for automated testing tools, such as Perfecto Mobile.

LANGUAGE(S):
- Must speak fluent English and French is a plus.
