SAP Solution Manager Specialist

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a SAP SOLUTION MANAGER SPECIALIST

to design and build SAP Test and Incident Management workflows as well as to support of the Solution Implementation

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Support/Optimize the existing change management workflow (ChaRM)
- Create design documentation and functional spec for additional requirements
- Define and review the requirements and the use cases for tools' integrations
- Analyze and design integrations of SAP Solution Manager with other development tools
- Implement various types of integrations between systems (integration tools/plug-ins)
- Communicate the updates/changes to all the company's stakeholders (SAP Solution Manager and Integration tools) incl. Setting-up the Training material and follow-up the documantation

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- Exprerience in configuring, testing and implementing a SAP Solution
- Knowledge of CHARM and Template/Document Management (via SOLAR TRANSACTION)
- ITSM/Incident Management (integration with 3rd party systems would be a plus)
- TEST WORKBENCH (integration with HP ALM would be a plus)
- Technical Monitoring/Root Cause Analysis skills
- Strong background in Scripting languages
- Exprerience in setting up continuous integration tool chain for development (JIRA, Bamboo, SVN, Git, etc.)
- CTS/CTS+ knowledge would be a plus
- Knowledge of HP ALM for automated testing and plugins such as Perfecto Mobile would be an asset

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION, WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT, TO START IN AUGUST AND WOULD RUN UNTIL THE END OF 2014 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
